Rivaldle is maintained by hand, by a small team. Every email that lands in our inbox is read by a person. There is no auto-responder, no support queue, and no chatbot. If you have found a bug, spotted a wrong HP value, want to flag a missing hero, are reaching out on behalf of Marvel or NetEase, or just want to tell us your streak — the address below is the right one.
Most messages get a reply within two to four days. We're a small team and we sometimes batch responses on weekends, so a longer wait does not mean we missed your note. If you have not heard back in a week, feel free to send a follow-up to the same address — it will not bother us.
What to email about
The address handles every category of inbound message Rivaldle receives. To help us reply faster, please add a relevant prefix to your subject line:
[BUG] — Something is broken
For game-breaking errors, mis-scored guesses, search bar problems, streak resets, language toggle issues, or any visual glitch that prevents you from playing. Include your browser, your operating system, and a screenshot if you can. If the bug is mode-specific, say which mode and which day's puzzle. We almost always need the date to reproduce.
[FACT] — A character entry has wrong data
For incorrect HP, incorrect role, wrong year of origin, wrong species, ability name typos, or any other field in a character profile that does not match the live Marvel Rivals client. Please include the character name and the field in the subject line — for example, [FACT] Wolverine HP. That is the fastest format to triage. We try to ship corrections within a week of any reported error.
[NEW] — A hero is missing
If a hero exists in Marvel Rivals but is not in Rivaldle, let us know. We aim to add new heroes within a few days of their live release, but if we are behind on a roster patch this is the fastest way to flag it. Include the hero's official name and the patch they were added in.
[PRESS] — You are a journalist, podcaster, or content creator
We are happy to answer questions about Rivaldle for articles, videos, podcasts, or research projects. If you have a specific deadline, mention it in your first email and we will prioritize accordingly. Higher-resolution logos and screenshots are available on request.
[FEATURE] — You have an idea for the game
Feature requests are welcome and we read every one. We cannot promise to build any specific request, but the ideas in our backlog are almost entirely shipped from the inbox. Recent examples of features that started as user requests include the language toggle, the streak share string, and the original Pixelation Mode prototype.
Anything else
If your message does not fit any of the prefixes above, send it anyway. We would rather read a miscellaneous email than miss something important because the categories were too narrow.
What we cannot do over email
A few things to set expectations honestly. We cannot recover a lost streak — your streak lives in your browser's local storage and we genuinely do not have a copy on a server. We cannot adjust an individual user's score, hint count, or daily answer. We cannot reveal the day's answer in advance. And we cannot answer game-design or balance questions about Marvel Rivals itself — that is NetEase's domain, not ours.
